Design Notes

The TC bases at the very beginning of the sequence are there to accomodate a SacI restriction site. The FtsK sequence naturally contains one NotI and two PstI restriction sites. These will need to be removed before it can feature as a 'real' biobrick in future projects.

FtsK is amplified straight from the E. coli K12 genome.
